Framboise (meaning "raspberry" in French) is a term used to describe many products including an unaged brandy or eau-de-vie made from raspberries; a liqueur made with the same fruit; and a Belgian lambic beer or fruit beer.

Known for its fruit eaux-de-vie bottled under the Dolfi brand, Distillerie du Perigord Company was founded in 1860 by Emile Lapouge.
